• Process: UK Life Insurance – Outbound Sales Associates
• Process : UK Life Insurance - Outbound Sales Team Leader

Shift: Mon to Fri - 2 PM to 11 PM IST / Sat - 1:30PM - 8:30PM IST / Sun - Holiday

Experience: 

• FOR EXECUTIVE POSITION - 6 months+ - 1 year (International UK Life Insurance Outbound Experience B2B/B2C preferred)
• FOR TEAM LEADER POSITION - 2 – 4 years in UK Life Insurance Outbound B2B/B2C (Minimum 1 year as TL)

Location: Onsite - Sector V, Kolkata (ONLY KOL LOCATION CANDIDATES APPLY, ONLY WORK FORM OFFICE)

Role Overview

• Hiring for UK Life Insurance Associates to handle outbound calls to UK customers, explain life insurance products, and generate qualified leads or sales while following FCA compliance.
• Hiring for UK Experienced Team Leader to manage a team of UK Life Insurance agents, drive performance, and ensure strict FCA compliance.

Key Responsibilities For : UK Life Insurance Associates

• Outbound calls to UK customers
• Explain UK life insurance products
• Handle objections & close leads
• Maintain CRM & call quality
• Achieve daily & monthly targets

Key Responsibilities For : UK Experienced Team Leader

• Manage & coach a team of agents
• Monitor calls & ensure compliance
• Drive targets, productivity & quality
• Prepare daily MIS & reports
• Motivate team to achieve incentives

Requirements For : UK Life Insurance Associates

• Good English communication
• Sales mindset & target orientation
• UK/international BPO experience preferred
• Willing to work UK shifts

Requirements For :  UK Experienced Team Leader

• Proven TL experience in UK insurance
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Knowledge of FCA compliance
• Target-driven approach
