Job Description
We are hiring Growth & Partnerships Interns for our B2C SaaS startup. This is a performance-based internship where interns earn commissions by helping convert users and bringing in partnerships.
This role is ideal for students who want real sales + startup experience, not just a certificate.
Responsibilities
- Talk to users and help convert them into paid customers
- Assist in upselling and retaining existing users
- Find and onboard partners (affiliates, creators, communities)
- Support outreach and follow-ups
- Track leads, conversions, and results
Incentives / Earnings
- 80% commission on customer conversions
- 30% Commission on partnership revenue
