Role Summary

Toile is looking for a technically proficient IT Manager – E-commerce & Web Development who will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling Toile’s website and digital infrastructure. This role requires both hands-on web development expertise and strong e-commerce platform management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Toile’s e-commerce website

• Ensure optimal website performance, security, and scalability

• Manage integrations including payment gateways, logistics, CRM, and analytics tools

• Coordinate with external developers, app teams, and technology partners

• Troubleshoot technical issues and oversee platform upgrades and enhancements

• Support website and app feature development aligned with business objectives

Eligibility Criteria

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce IT or web development

• Proven experience in building and managing e-commerce websites

• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies

• Experience with marketplace or fashion e-commerce platforms preferred

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
