Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms, initiating contact, and converting them into long-term clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base for various services such as custom web development, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, ERP systems, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms. Research industries and companies to develop a list of prospects.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Create personalized outreach strategies and craft engaging messages to connect with key decision-makers. Use your communication skills to explain how our services can add value to their business.
- Presenting and Pitching:
- Pitch our services including custom web development, e-commerce solutions, mobile app development, and business web applications like ERP and CRM systems. Showcase how our solutions can help clients scale and improve efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into clients. Build and maintain relationships through effective communication and consistent engagement.
- Client Onboarding:
- Manage the initial stages of client onboarding. Ensure clients have a smooth transition from prospect to a fully onboarded project partner by collecting relevant project details.
- Market Research and Reporting:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to enhance outreach efforts. Report weekly progress and lead generation statistics to management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or client acquisition (IT or tech services preferred).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create tailored messages that engage prospects.
- Knowledge of IT and digital solutions such as web development, e-commerce, and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sales CRM systems, Excel, or other reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in client acquisition on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar.
- Understanding of digital marketing, software development, or web design services.
