Junior Recruiter

Job Title: Recruiter (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Sector V, Salt Lake

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000/month

Experience: 0-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various roles
• Conduct initial interviews and assess communication skills
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and interviews
• Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively
• 0-6 months of recruitment experience or freshers are welcome to apply
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple recruitment drives
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
