Kitchen Porter

Job Summary:

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth support operations in the kitchen. This role ensures all utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas are clean and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and work areas
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and garbage
• Assist chefs in basic preparation tasks if required
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized
• Support in receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Assist in opening and closing cleaning duties 

• Requirements:

Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
