Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented professional to take on a dual role that combines human resource management for our Kolkata team and Lead Generation for USA clients.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, night-shift environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can balance external client communication with internal HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management for Kolkata team:

• Manage the recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and hiring.
• Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and manage employment documentation and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and support HR audits and reporting

Lead Generation & Business Development for USA

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US market.
• Initiate emails to generate and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline (Preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and/or HR operations.

Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong skills research abilities to identify potential clients and market insights.
• Experience with the use of AI tools for lead generation, recruitment, or automation tasks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and articulate personality.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary (Work from Home): ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)
