Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused Loan Advisory Agent who will guide clients in selecting suitable loan products and assist them throughout the loan application and approval process. The role involves lead handling, documentation support, coordination with banks/NBFCs, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products
- Advise customers on home loans, personal loans, business loans, LAP, or auto loans
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMIs, and documentation
- Assist clients with loan application, paperwork, and submission
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing
- Follow up on approvals, disbursements, and customer queries
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios
- Maintain accurate client records and MIS reports
