We are hiring a Legal Mail Drafter to join our client resolution team. The ideal candidate must have a background in Law (LLB) and excellent English writing and communication skills to handle formal communications, complaint letters, and legal drafts related to insurance claim issues.
This role involves writing emails on behalf of clients who have faced fraud, mis-selling, or rejection of claims by insurance companies. You will be responsible for preparing clear, professional, and empathetic emails to insurance companies, Ombudsman offices, and regulatory authorities like IRDAI.
