Job Description

A Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, handling customer and internal support tasks, and coordinating operational processes to support business goals. This role often involves handling complex customer requests, resolving issues, managing service processes, and supporting other team members.

  • 🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & SupportAct as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service needs.
  • Respond to customer requests related to products, policies, premiums, renewals, claims, documentation, and account updates.
  • Provide accurate information and support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • 2. Service Delivery & OperationsManage day-to-day service operations and processes to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Ensure customer service tasks are completed accurately and on time (e.g., processing documentation, policy updates, communication follow-ups).
  • Handle escalated service issues and resolve them promptly, or escalate to appropriate team leads.
  • 3. Documentation & Records ManagementMaintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, policy changes, and service transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and process paperwork for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
  • 4. Support Team and CollaborationWork closely with sales teams, distribution associates, underwriting, and other internal departments to deliver seamless service.
  • Assist junior team members by sharing best practices and helping with complex customer issues.
  • 5. Compliance & QualityEnsure all service activities comply with company policies, internal procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor service quality and suggest improvements for better process efficiency and client experience.
