MIS Analyst

Join Teletrix Infotech (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. – An Automate Accelerator Partner Company! We are seeking MIS Executives to join our growing team in the Park Circus, Kolkata Office. As a strategic partner of Automate Accelerator, a leader in sales automation and data-driven marketing, we work on high-performance B2B campaigns with international clients, primarily based in Australia.

Hiring: MIS Executive / Data Analyst (On-site – Kolkata)

Partner of Automate Accelerator

Location: Park Circus, Kolkata

Shift Timing: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM IST (Australian Shift)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–2 years (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate business data from various sources
• Generate MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Use Excel tools like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, and Charts.
• Segment data to support email and voice marketing campaigns
• Identify data errors and improve reporting processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and Australian clients

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in MIS, data management, or Data analytics
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF/IFS, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work On-site duty from Monday to Saturday at our Kolkata office

Preferred Skills:

• Basic VBA/Macros
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (training provided)
• Exposure to B2B marketing or data segmentation
• AI skills (Chat GPT).
