MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data extraction, preparing delivery files for clients, generating performance reports, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The role requires strong SQL knowledge and hands-on reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Extract data from databases using SQL queries.
2. Manage and maintain client data securely and accurately.
3. Prepare and validate delivery files as per client requirements.
4. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly delivery and performance reports.
5. Coordinate with operations and IT teams for data validation.
6. Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
7. Ensure timely submission of client reports and delivery sheets.
8. Maintain proper documentation of data deliveries and reporting history.
9. Identify data discrepancies and resolve them before client submission.

Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of SQL (Select, Join, Group By, Where, Subqueries).

• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).

• Ability to handle large datasets.

• Experience in preparing client delivery reports.

• Understanding of call center metrics and survey data will be an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Reporting role.

• Experience in BPO, survey, or telecalling environment preferred.
