MIS Executive

Location: Kasba, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Timings:

• Initial: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• After 2–3 months (post-stabilisation): 11:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Job DescriptionWe are a growing BPO & survey lead generation company looking for a dedicated MIS Executive who is strong in MS Excel and MS Word and comfortable working from office at our Kasba location.

The role is critical for data accuracy, reporting, and timely delivery of client-ready MIS files.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports in MS Excel as per client-defined formats
• Handle survey and lead-generation data and ensure 100% accuracy before client delivery
• Maintain and update the company’s central database of generated leads and survey records
• Clean, validate, filter, and format raw dialler or survey data before submission
• Track agent-wise performance, call outcomes, dispositions, and lead status
• Maintain proper version control and data backups
• Coordinate with team leaders, QA, and operations to resolve data discrepancies
• Ensure timely data delivery to clients without errors or duplication
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance while handling customer data
• Support management with custom MIS reports whenever required

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Validation, Formatting)
• Good command over MS Word for documentation and reporting
• Basic understanding of BPO / survey / lead generation data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle bulk data
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts after transition

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience in BPO MIS / Data Management / Lead Generation
• Experience handling client delivery files is a big plus
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
