Project Overview

We are building a next-generation AI-driven mobile health application that delivers daily guided treatment, behavioral monitoring, real-time alerts, and long-term patient progress tracking.

This is not a simple fitness or reminder app—it is a complete treatment system integrating medical logic, AI analysis, compliance monitoring, and emergency escalation.

The Mobile App Development Project Manager will own end-to-end execution of the mobile application that acts as the daily treatment companion for patients worldwide.

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership, system-thinking Mobile App Project Manager who can translate a complex medical + AI vision into a stable, scalable, patient-safe mobile application.

You will act as the bridge between medical philosophy, AI logic, UX behavior design, and engineering execution—ensuring the app is not only built correctly, but behaves responsibly in real-world patient use.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & System Ownership

• Own the mobile app roadmap (Android & iOS) aligned with the overall treatment system
• Translate treatment workflows into daily app experiences (alerts, check-ins, progress, reassurance)
• Ensure the app supports behavior change, not just information display

2. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Backend/API team (Node.js / AI services)
• AI & Rule-Engine team
• UX/UI designers
• Medical domain experts
• Convert system logic into clear technical requirements and user flows

3. Mobile App Execution

• Manage development of:
• Daily alert & notification engine
• Compliance tracking (booster, water, routine)
• Patient dashboard & progress views
• Emergency screening & escalation flows
• Ensure offline tolerance, low friction UX, and habit-forming design

4. Safety, Ethics & Reliability

• Ensure strict adherence to:
• Non-diagnostic, non-emergency claims
• Safe messaging tone (no fear-based alerts)
• Emergency screening logic before human contact
• Coordinate testing for edge cases, misuse, and high-risk scenarios

5. Delivery & Quality Control

• Own sprint planning, timelines, milestones, and releases
• Define acceptance criteria for every feature
• Oversee QA, UAT, and production releases
• Ensure app stability for long-term daily usage

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 5+ years experience managing mobile app development projects
• Strong understanding of:
• Android & iOS app lifecycles
• API-driven architectures
• Push notification systems
• Experience working with health, wellness, or behavior-driven apps
• Ability to manage complex logic-heavy products (not just UI apps)

Highly Preferred

• Experience with AI-integrated applications
• Familiarity with:
• Compliance tracking systems
• HealthTech or regulated environments
• Data privacy & consent flows
• Strong UX sense for non-technical, stressed, or vulnerable users
