Save Medha Foundation is a healthcare-focused NGO working on natural healing, immune-based recovery, patient support, awareness programs, and community health initiatives. Our mission is to support people with chronic and critical illnesses through education, care coordination, and ethical healthcare practices.


🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, documentation, communication, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with care.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
  • Maintain office files, records, registers, and documents
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of the office

🔹 Documentation & Records

  • Maintain patient records, reports, and follow-up files
  • Handle NGO-related documents (letters, forms, certificates, registers)
  • Maintain digital records (Excel, Word, Google Drive)

🔹 Communication & Coordination

  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and visitor queries
  • Coordinate with doctors, consultants, volunteers, and staff
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups

🔹 Accounts & Basic Admin Support

  • Maintain basic expense records and bills
  • Assist in donation records and acknowledgements
  • Coordinate with accountant when required

🔹 Compliance & Reporting

  • Support NGO compliance documentation (CSR, donors, internal records)
  • Prepare simple reports for management as required


🎓 Eligibility & Skills

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: Higher Secondary / Graduate preferred
  • Experience: 1–3 years in office admin / NGO / clinic / hospital preferred

✅ Skills Required

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills (Bengali & English required; Hindi preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly


🌟 Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in NGO, healthcare, clinic, or hospital administration
  • Calm, polite, and patient-centric attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under responsibility
