Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Assistant to execute & manage our company processes, review various teams responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of our business processes.


The candidate should be good with communication and proficient with various business facing applications like CRM, Excel, Word, etc. Having prior experience in the finance sector (investment and wealth management) is an added bonus.


Requirements


1. 2-4 years of experience in operations / customer support role

2. Should have good communication skills in Bengali & Hindi. Should have excellent proficiency in writing in English.

3. Should have expertise in applications like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc

4. Proficiency with Advanced Excel operations is an added bonus

5. Should be good with operating regular computer applications like email software, file management, CRM software, project management software, etc.

6. Should have a collaborative attitude and help the team members whenever required


Responsibilities


1. Responsible for executing various company processes like financial transactions, client portfolio related operations, managing client data, etc.

2. End-to-end ownership of insurance processes like insurance registrations, renewals, claim processing, etc

3. Need to prepare various business and operational reports to ensure smooth function of the company

4. Responsible for providing prompt services as per the requirements of the clients

5. Need to organize and manage records of a large number of clients and transactions data in our company database
