🌟 Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Webinar & Tech Support ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and run live webinars, ensuring smooth scheduling, presenter readiness, and real-time technical facilitation.
2. Provide on-the-spot tech support to speakers and attendees, resolving audio/video or connectivity glitches swiftly.
3. Maintain accurate data logs (attendees, feedback) and ensure error-free reporting.
4. Regularly audit webinar quality and suggest improvements based on feedback.
5. Technical SupportProvide real-time technical assistance to participants and speakers.
6. Diagnose and resolve platform, connectivity, and software-related issues.
7. Maintain a troubleshooting knowledge base for quick problem resolution.
8. Operations SupportHandle participant queries via email call and chat.
9. Assist with user onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
10. Gather feedback to enhance processes and improve user satisfaction.
11. Data MaintenanceRegularly update participant databases, attendance logs, and feedback records.
12. Ensure data integrity, privacy, and accuracy across platforms.
13. Generate reports and insights from collected data to inform decision-making.
14. Coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile discrepancies or incomplete data.
15. Continuous ImprovementStay updated with the latest trends in educational technology.
16. Suggest and implement improvements in webinar processes and operational workflows.

Participate in training programs to refine skills and boost efficiency.

✅ Eligibility Criteria | Who We Are Looking For🔹 Required Skills:✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Word/Google Docs.

✔ Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues.

🔹 Good to Have (Not Mandatory):➕ Familiarity with SQL, API and AI concepts.

➕ Prior experience in Operations Role or in Data Management.

• 🎓 Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Applications, or Technology.

🔹 Other Requirements:💻 A personal laptop is mandatory for work.
