Position: Operation ManagerCompany: MS Hospitality


Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest ExperienceOversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring smooth coordination between Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen teams.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction by delivering warm, consistent, and quality service aligned with MS Hospitality standards.
  • Proactively handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery.
  • Ensure SOPs, service standards, and hygiene practices are followed consistently across all brands under MS Hospitality Unit.
  • Team Leadership & People ManagementRecruit, train, and manage FOH service staff for multiple brands/properties, in coordination with HR and kitchen leadership.
  • Build a strong service culture focused on discipline, teamwork, and guest-first approach.
  • Conduct regular staff briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance while ensuring manpower optimization across outlets.
  • Financial & Commercial ManagementMonitor daily sales, covers, and average billing across assigned restaurant(s)/brand(s).
  • Control food cost, beverage cost, manpower cost, and operational expenses.
  • Support budgeting, basic reporting, and cost-control initiatives for multi-brand operations.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS compliance.
  • Vendor & Inventory ManagementCoordinate with vendors and procurement teams for multiple outlets/brands.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and wastage control.
  • Ensure quality consistency of food, beverages, and service items across brands.
  • Compliance, Safety & HygieneEnsure adherence to FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and safety norms across all operating units.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and audit readiness at all times.
  • Pre-Opening & Brand Support (If Applicable)Support pre-opening activities for new outlets/brands including setup, SOP implementation, and mock services.
  • Assist management with promotions, events, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Act as a professional representative of MS Hospitality Unit and its brands.
  • Desired Candidate Profile (Updated)Experience4–8 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Experience handling multiple outlets or brands will be a strong advantage.
  • Background in standalone restaurants, boutique hotels, or mid-premium dining preferred.
