Job Description

Job Title: Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

Job Location

Kolkata / Office-based (with occasional travel if required)



Duty Hours

  • Working Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off)
  • Breaks: As per schedule / operational requirement



Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant to support daily operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling both professional and personal responsibilities efficiently.



Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
  • Plan and organize tasks for smooth daily workflow
  • Remind and ensure timely execution of all activities

2. Communication Management

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Coordinate with team members, clients, and external contacts
  • Draft and respond to professional communications

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain records, documents, and reports
  • Assist in preparing presentations and data summaries
  • Organize files (digital and physical)

4. Task & Workflow Management

  • Track ongoing projects and follow up regularly
  • Ensure deadlines are met across departments
  • Assist in decision-making by providing required data

5. Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and schedules
  • Manage transportation and daily movement planning

6. Personal Assistance

  • Handle personal tasks when required
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support day-to-day personal and professional balance



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Bengali preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Smart, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle pressure and long working hours
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion



Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant preferred
