Pharmacy Counter Sales Executive

1. Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers politely
• Help customers find medicines and health products
• Explain basic usage of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines (as permitted)

2. Handling Prescriptions

• Receive and check prescriptions for completeness
• Forward prescriptions to the registered pharmacist for dispensing
• Ensure correct medicines are given as per prescription

3. Sales & Billing

• Process sales transactions (cash, card, digital payments)
• Generate bills and maintain sales records
• Promote additional health products (vitamins, hygiene items, etc.)

4. Stock Management

• Check inventory regularly
• Refill shelves and arrange medicines properly
• Monitor expiry dates and remove expired items
• Assist in ordering new stock as per requirement and demand.
