Job Description
- Job Description – Plant Supervisor (Tile Adhesive / Wall Putty / POP / Epoxy Grout)Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Monitor production of tile adhesive, wall putty, POP and epoxy grout as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with the production team, machine operators and helpers for timely output.
- Ensure proper mixing, batching and packaging as per defined process.
- Maintain raw material availability and coordinate with the store team for stock requirements.
- Check machine settings, temperature, mixing ratios and ensure correct process parameters.
- Implement safety, housekeeping and 5S practices inside the plant.
- Maintain production reports, daily output, material consumption and wastage records.
- Troubleshoot minor production or machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs.
- Ensure quality control by coordinating with the QC department for sample testing.
- Train plant workers and ensure discipline and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate dispatch schedules with the logistics/dispatch department.
- Focus on cost control, process improvement and reduction of wastage.
