 Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and experienced Production

Supervisor to manage the manufacturing of nutritional supplements and micronutrient boosters. The candidate will supervise daily production operations, maintain quality standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the production team efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have experience in nutraceuticals,

pharmaceutical, or supplement manufacturing and possess strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily production of booster capsules and nutritional supplements

• Manage capsule filling, blending, and packaging processes

• Ensure production targets are achieved on schedule

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and GMP standards in the production area

• Monitor raw materials, inventory, and production workflow

• Ensure correct formulation and mixing of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients

• Maintain production records and batch manufacturing documentation

• Coordinate with quality control and quality assurance teams

• Train and guide production staff and machine operators

• Identify and resolve production issues quickly

Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry,

Biotechnology, or Food Technology

• 2–5 years experience in pharmaceutical / nutraceutical production

• Knowledge of GMP, quality control, and manufacturing processes

• Experience in capsule filling and supplement production preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills• Knowledge of nutraceutical manufacturing

• Understanding of supplement formulation and micronutrients

• Ability to manage production teams and schedules

• Basic documentation and compliance knowledge
