Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Solar EPC to lead end-to-end execution of solar projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, cost control, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor solar EPC projects from site handover to commissioning

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for materials, drawings, and timelines

• Manage site engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety compliance

• Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones; proactively manage risks and delays

• Coordinate with DISCOMs for net metering, inspections, and grid synchronization

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, statutory approvals, and safety standards

• Conduct client meetings, provide progress updates, and manage handover documentation

• Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project close-out

• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar

• Institutional and ground-mounted solar EPC projects

• CAPEX-based EPC execution

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of solar EPC execution and project lifecycle

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams

• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with DISCOM processes, net metering, and safety norms

• Willingness to travel to project sites
