Job Description As a Provisional Distribution Manager at PNB MetLife, you will play a key role in growing and managing the company’s insurance distribution network by building strong partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with business and regulatory standards. 

 Primary Responsibilities :

Manage and grow distribution network: Build, nurture, and expand relationships with channel partners, advisors, and intermediaries to increase life insurance sales and reach. 

Develop and execute sales strategies: Plan and implement strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual business and revenue targets.

Recruitment & team development: Identify, recruit, onboard, train, and mentor insurance advisors or sales partners for improved performance. 

Market and trend analysis: Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; adapt strategies accordingly. 

Compliance & reporting: Ensure distribution activities comply with company policies, IRDAI standards and governance guidelines; prepare relevant reports and metrics. 

Customer engagement: Maintain high quality client servicing and effective communication between customers and the organization. 

Performance tracking: Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions where needed. 

Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline preferred. 

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. 

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment. 

Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered. 

Preferred / Beneficial Experience in financial services, insurance, sales, or distribution management (not mandatory). 

Knowledge of insurance products (life, health, retirement plans) and IRDAI regulatory norms. (Apna)
