Job Description
- Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product testing of blood collection tubes
- Test parameters such as:
- Tube dimensions & volume accuracy
- Sterility / cleanliness
- Leakage, breakage & visual defects
- Maintain and calibrate QC instruments (vacuum testers, balances, gauges)
- Prepare and review test reports, COAs, and batch records
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results
Quality Assurance (QA)
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and regulatory guidelines
Review and approve:
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Batch Packing Records (BPR)
Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and risk assessments
Conduct internal audits and support external audits (ISO, regulatory)
Control SOPs, formats, and document revisions
Monitor process validation, cleaning validation, and supplier quality
