Real Estate Sales Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting real estate projects, generating leads, coordinating site visits, supporting sales closures, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.

Responsibilities

1. Execute marketing activities for residential real estate projects
2. Generate leads through digital platforms,property portals, walk-ins, referrals, and campaigns
3. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate site visits
4. Support sales team in booking,documentation, and coordination
5. Manage listings on property portals and social media platforms
6. Coordinate with brokers and channel partners; organize broker meets
7. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
8. Ensure site branding, hoardings,brochures, and promotional materials are up to date
9. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads,site visits, and conversions
10. Maintain accurate CRM and customer ecords
