Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Manager / Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client portfolios while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and provide property consultation
• Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Manage property portfolios and assist clients in investment decisions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct site visits and property presentations
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

• Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in any industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client-handling and relationship management abilities
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Graduation preferred
