Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets, increase market share, and drive business growth.

· Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property brokers.

· Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

· Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay informed of market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

· Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and agreements, striving to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the company.

· Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing team performance and sales metrics to provide actionable insights.

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business objectives and deliver a seamless client experience.

· Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with local property laws and regulations, adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Key Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. MBA will be an added advantage.

· Experience: Minimum 5 years to maximum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role or Team Leading role.

· Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and digital marketing tools.

· Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and data insights.

· Networking: Established network of property brokers, developers, and real estate professionals is a plus.

· Languages: Hindi and local languages (must), English (Preferred)
