Receptionist / Front Office Executive

· Job Locations: New Digha, Mandarmani, and Dhulagarh.

·  Role Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hotel operations (Front Desk, Housekeeping coordination, or Guest Relations).
• Maintain basic records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate effectively with guests to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and billing as required.

Requirements·        Experience: Prior background in the Hotel/Hospitality industry is mandatory.

·        Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, simple tables).

·        Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi, with a basic understanding of English.

·        Attitude: Professional, polite, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
