Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic information about travel packages, services, and promotions
  • Schedule appointments for travel consultants
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain client records and update booking information in the system
  • Process payments and issue receipts when required
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative duties
  • Support the team during peak booking seasons
  • Requirements & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Business Administration is an advantage)
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role (preferably in travel or hospitality)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of travel booking systems is an added advantage
