Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
