Relationship Manager

⚠️ This is a full-time ownership role. Not suitable for students, freshers. This role owns customer accounts end-to-end — including orders, service issue resolution, payment collection, renewals, and internal coordination. You will be accountable for outcomes, not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Be the single point of contact for all clients.

* Handle client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email).

* Take orders, coordinate issues, and ensure timely execution.

* Track, follow up, and close service requests and complaints.

* Track outstanding payments and follow up till closure within credit period.

* Maintain 100% hygiene in the CRM (clients, machines, contracts, tickets, payments).

* Track contract & amc expiries and proactively manage renewals.

* Prepare weekly reports on service SLAs, open tickets, payments, and risks.

* Escalate issues early and drive them to resolution.
