Job Title: Sales & Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, and driving sales across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach.
• Visit project sites and clients to understand requirements and strengthen business relationships.
• Generate leads and actively engage with potential clients through outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
• Support the sales team in client conversion and relationship management.
• Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Preferred Profile:

• Background in a product-based market, preferably in the construction industry (tiles, marble, granite, or related sectors).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
• Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
