Job Description
- Should have experience in Sales or BPO/Telecalling (Sales is priority)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Website development and Ads Related Knowledge is a plus
- Presentable
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and word is enough)
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- 🎯 Responsibilities: Contact potential or existing customers via phone
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain customer database and records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Provide after-sales support if required
- 💼 Preferred:Experience in IT services / software / digital services sales
- Bengali + Hindi and Atleast Medicore English speaking ability
