We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IT products, SaaS platforms, and digital solutions. The candidate should be confident in client acquisition, capable of closing deals, and skilled in maintaining long-term business relationships.

📈 Key Responsibilities

Drive sales for IT services, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions

Generate leads through calls, meetings, campaigns, and marketing activities

Handle full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

Conduct product presentations and client demos

Manage client data and follow-ups using CRM tools

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and onboarding

Build strong client relationships for retention and upselling

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT/Digital preferred)

Proven record of target achievement and deal closure

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali

Strong persuasion and presentation skills

Self-motivated with growth mindset

⭐ Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with CRM systems

Knowledge of SaaS, AI tools, automation, and digital platforms

B2B sales experience in IT or software industry
