Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Executive to join our luxury fashion house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service while embodying the brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective clienteling and follow-ups.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always presentable.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand campaigns.
• Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization.
• Support promotional activities and in-store events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail sales (luxury or premium segment preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially in regions with international clientele).

Salary: INR 12,000- 15,000 per month + Incentive
