Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Palli Bangla Resort is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for promoting the resort, increasing bookings, building partnerships, and expanding brand visibility across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase room bookings and event reservations.
• Promote the resort through digital platforms such as social media, travel portals, and online booking websites.
• Build partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, corporates, and event planners.
• Handle corporate bookings, group reservations, and weekend getaway packages.
• Manage listings and promotions on platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, and similar OTAs.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional packages.
• Maintain relationships with past guests and corporate clients to generate repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (hospitality/tourism preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotions, and OTA platforms.
• Ability to generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in resort, hotel, or travel industry sales.
• Knowledge of corporate sales and event bookings.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online marketing analytics.
