🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities

🏠 Property Listing Executive

Generate property listings from owners & builders

Onboard new sellers & builder partners

Explain Flat4sale listing packages

Follow up on leads from website & CRM

Coordinate property photos & details upload

💰 Home Loan Executive

Generate Home Loan leads from buyers

Coordinate with Banks (SBI, HDFC, Axis etc.)

Collect documents & process applications

Guide customers on EMI & loan eligibility

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

🎯 Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years experience in Real Estate / Home Loan / Sales

Good communication skills (Bengali + Hindi + English preferred)

Knowledge of Kolkata property market is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (CRM handling preferred)

Target oriented & self-driven personality
