Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Location: BBD Bag, Kolkata ( M PLAZA Head Office)

Job Summary:

M Plaza Hotels & Resort is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our corporate and event business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing resort bookings through corporate clients, MICE events, weddings, and package sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Corporate Bookings for the resort

• Bring MICE business (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)

• Develop and secure Wedding and Social Event bookings

• Build relationships with corporates, travel agents, event planners, and wedding planners

• Maintain client database and follow up with potential leads

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality marketing, or corporate sales preferred

• Strong networking and client relationship skills

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach
