Job Summary:

We are hiring a result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage property sales, listings, and home loan business across Kolkata and surrounding districts.

The role focuses on converting property enquiries into successful deals + home loan disbursements, while building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, builders, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Property Sales & Listings

Generate leads for:

Buy / Sell / Resale / Rent / PG properties

Handle enquiries from:

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Website & WhatsApp

Conduct:

Site visits

Client meetings

Close deals for:

Resale properties

Builder projects

Onboard:

Property owners

Builders / promoters

Promote Flat4sale’s Zero Brokerage Platform

🔹 Home Loan Responsibilities (CORE KPI)

⭐ Primary Revenue Focus

Generate Home Loan leads from all property buyers

Coordinate with banks & NBFCs

Manage full loan lifecycle:

Login → Sanction → Disbursement

Collect and verify documents

Cross-sell loans to all registered buyers

Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

🔹 Field Sales & Area Coverage

Visit builders, promoters, and property owners

Build strong local network across:

📍 Kolkata

New Town, Rajarhat, Garia, Behala, Dumdum, Tollygunge

📍 Howrah

Andul, Kona, Santragachi, Shibpur

📍 Hooghly

Serampore, Chandannagar, Uttarpara

📍 North 24 Parganas

Barasat, Madhyamgram, New Barrackpore, Khardah, Birati

📍 South 24 Parganas

Garia, Narendrapur, Sonarpur, Baruipur, Rajpur

🔹 CRM & Lead Management (MANDATORY)

Update all leads in Bitrix24 CRM

Maintain:

Call feedback

Follow-up schedule

Track:

Property deals

Home loan pipeline

Ensure zero lead leakage

Eligibility Criteria:

12th Pass

1–3 years experience in:

Real Estate / Home Loans / Sales

Freshers with strong sales mindset can apply

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of local property market

Good communication & negotiation skills

Basic understanding of Home Loan process

Ability to handle field + office work

CRM handling (Bitrix24 preferred)

Target-driven approach

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
