Role Overview

Advitya Healthcares is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional to drive our business growth in the Kolkata region. This role is a blend of Strategic Business Development and Relationship Management. You will be the face of the company, responsible for establishing hospital partnerships, networking with healthcare professionals, and converting leads into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and patients to boost business
  • Conduct patient outreach and marketing activities to achieve monthly service targets.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with doctors and senior hospital staff to ensure a steady referral pipeline.
  • Handle patient queries, assist with treatment coordination, and ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Execute local area marketing, health camps, and branding initiatives to increase Advitya’s visibility.
  • Maintain a CRM/database of leads and provide weekly reports on business growth and market trends.
  • Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and patients to boost business
  • Coordinate patient care and service delivery
  • Support local branding and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Education: Graduates with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
  • Experience: 0-5 years in Healthcare, Pharma, or Hospital Sales (Freshers with high energy and strong communication skills may apply).
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and networking abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (for local coordination).
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel within the Kolkata region for field visits (TA provided).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-linked incentives (uncapped) based on business generated.
