Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – West Bengal (B2B Branding & Printing)Location: West Bengal (Work from home + field)

Reporting To: Founder / Sales Head

Experience: 1–4 years (B2B sales preferred)

🔹 Role Objective-

Generate and close B2B orders for branding, printing, signage & corporate gifting from West Bengal. Focus on collections, repeat business, and long-term clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold visits, references & local market mapping
• Meet dealers, factories, distributors & corporates
• Pitch fixed sales packages & approved rate card
• Close orders and ensure payment collection
• Coordinate with head office for production & delivery
• Maintain daily sales & follow-up report
• Develop repeat customers in assigned territory

🔹 What You Will Sell

• Dealer branding kits
• POS signage & boards
• Industrial labels & overlays
• Corporate gifting bundles
• Repeat consumable printing orders

🔹 Mandatory Requirements

Local West Bengal resident

• Strong Bengali + Hindi communication
• Field sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Self-driven & target oriented
• Smartphone + basic Excel/WhatsApp reporting

💰 OFFER STRUCTURE (based on experience)

• Commission (PAYMENT-LINKED)2% on collected revenue
• Paid monthly
• Commission applicable only after payment received
• Performance Bonus+0.5% extra if client places repeat order within 60 days
• Travel = Actual local travel reimbursed

Failure = role discontinued.
