Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell life insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships to grow the business.

• Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance policies to individuals and corporate clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
• Educate clients on different insurance products and help them select the most suitable coverage.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to generate new business.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops as required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and customer outreach.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
