About the Role

Training Specialist Role – The trainer will be responsible for conducting New Hire Training (NHT) for employees joining the organization. The candidate must be

proficient in classroom training as well as virtual/online

sessions.The trainer will work as an individual contributor with

complete ownership to conduct NHT, OJT, Adhoc Training Sessions, Prouct

Training, Call Pitc Training, Process Training 

Key Responsibilities

· Training Specialist Role – The trainer will be responsible for conducting New Hire Training (NHT) for employees joining the organization. The candidate must be proficient in classroom training as well as virtual/online sessions.

· The trainer will work as an individual contributor with complete ownership and accountability. In addition to NHT sessions, the trainer will also be responsible for OJT (On-the-Job Training).

· The trainer will conduct short capsule training programs and ad-hoc sessions based on requirements received from the sales team.

· The trainer will act as the primary stakeholder for the assigned new batch, providing complete handholding of candidates from joining until their final handover to the operations/sales team.

· The trainer will also be responsible for maintaining training data, ensuring accuracy of records, and updating PMS-related information.

· The trainer must be highly disciplined, punctual, and consistent in delivering training sessions. The role requires regular coordination with multiple stakeholders across operations and sales teams.

· The trainer should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and guide trainees.
