Job Description (Single Post for All Roles)We are hiring senior, hands-on SAP L4 (development + advanced functional) support professionals for an on-demand engagement focused on break-fix and minor enhancements across niche SAP modules. This is ideal for consultants who enjoy solving production issues, doing root-cause analysis, and delivering small enhancements with speed and ownership.

• Engagement OverviewType: Contract / Part-time / On-demand (not a full-time payroll role unless mutually agreed)
• Expected effort: ~10 hours/week (average) (may vary by week)
• Shift/SLA: No SLAs, no after-hours/weekend support (work within standard office hours)
• Location: Remote (India)

• What You’ll Do (Common Across Roles)Provide L4 support: deep troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution
• Handle break-fix incidents and minor enhancements
• Collaborate with functional/technical counterparts to deliver fixes cleanly
• Produce clear documentation: analysis, fix summary, deployment notes
• Participate in testing support (unit/regression) and controlled releases
• Work across mixed landscapes (ECC/S/4, on-prem/cloud, integrations)

Role-Specific Expectations (Choose Your Track)A) SAP ABAP (L4)

• Debug dumps/performance issues, enhancements (BAdIs/user exits), interfaces (IDoc/RFC/BAPI/OData)
• Reports, forms (SmartForms/Adobe), workflows as needed
• Nice: CDS/AMDP, Gateway, integration troubleshooting

B) SAP Basis / HANA (L4)

• System stability, performance tuning, transport ops (STMS), patching, refreshes, client copies
• Connectivity/security coordination (RFC, certificates, basic SSO)
• Nice: SolMan/ChaRM, cloud hosted SAP, HA/DR exposure

C) SAP Commerce / Hybris (Senior)

• Java/Spring-based troubleshooting, minor enhancements, OCC APIs, integrations
• Deployments, logs, performance issues, Solr/cronjobs/backoffice
• Nice: Commerce Cloud, Spartacus, CPI/BTP exposure

D) SAP GTS (Functional)

• Support trade compliance processes: screening, export control, customs, compliance checks
• Coordinate with ABAP/integration for fixes and enhancements

E) SAP CPQ (Senior)

• Troubleshoot pricing/config rules, quote workflows, approvals, UI issues
• Integration awareness with ERP/CRM and external systems

F) SAP DRC + e-Invoicing (Consultant)

• Resolve submission/mapping failures, country compliance changes, statutory reporting issues
• Coordinate fixes with ABAP/integration teams
• Nice: CPI/BTP-based e-invoicing networks

G) SAP MDG / MDM (Functional)

• Troubleshoot governance workflows, validations/derivations, data replication/integration (DRF/ALE/APIs)
• Support change requests, approvals, data quality improvements
• Nice: BRF+, Fiori MDG apps

H) SAP Liquidity / Cash Management (Optional)

• Support liquidity/cash processes, issues, and minor enhancements as applicable
• RequirementsExperience: Typically 7–12+ years (senior hands-on L4 capability)
• Proven track record in production support + enhancement delivery
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, and documentation habits
• Ability to work independently in an on-demand model
