📢 Job Vacancy: Senior Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliances, and must be capable of handling client work independently.

📍 Location: Kolkata

🧾 Position: Senior Accountant

👨‍💼 Experience Required: 4–6 Years (preferably in CA Firm / Consultancy)

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and finalization of books of accounts in Tally or other accounting software
• Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)
• Income Tax Return filing for individuals, firms, and companies
• TDS calculation, return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and reconciliation
• Preparation of financial statements, balance sheet, and profit & loss account
• Handling ROC/MCA compliances including company and LLP filings
• Assistance in tax audits and statutory audits
• Preparation of computation of income and tax planning
• Coordination with clients for documents, compliance, and queries
• Ensuring timely compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation
• Practical experience in GST, Income Tax, and TDS compliances
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and online government portals (GST, Income Tax, MCA)
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Additional Preference

• Experience in CA Firm / Tax Consultancy
• Knowledge of ROC filings and corporate compliances
• Candidates who can independently manage client accounts
