Position: Sr. Accounts Associates/ Asst. Accounts Manager

Qualification: M.com/ B Com (Hons)

Location: 1/1, Camac Street, Park Street area, Kolkata, West Bengal, India

Roles & Responsibility:

·        Maintain financial records, process invoices, and reconcile accounts.

·        Should have working experience in Tally/ ERP or SAP Software.

·        Banking entries and receivable/ payable reconciliation; Booking of Expenses to the period to which such expenses relate along with proper Cost Centre. 

·        Prepare and file GST returns, manage input tax credit, and ensure timely payments.

·        Assist in tax return filings, TDS computations, and advance tax calculations.

·        Ensure timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.

·        Perform periodic reconciliation of bank statements with company records.

·        Handle payroll-related compliance, including Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI).

·        Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other reports.

·        Provide necessary documentation and support for statutory and internal audits.
