• Address customer complaints or concerns swiftly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment.

• Cocktail certification or bartending school diploma is preferred but not required.
