At Humara Pandit, we are building India’s first Remedy Infrastructure Platform — solving trust and standardization in astrology-led remedies.
We work closely with 2,500+ astrologers, helping them deliver verified gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual solutions to their clients.
We are scaling fast — and now looking for someone who can own revenue, drive conversions, and build strong astrologer relationships.
Role Overview
This is not a typical sales role.
You will directly work on:
- Converting high-intent leads (Meta, inbound)
- Managing astrologer partnerships (B2B)
- Driving repeat orders and long-term relationships
You’ll be at the center of our revenue engine.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads and convert them into paying astrologers
- Conduct onboarding calls and explain product/catalog
- Drive daily follow-ups and close orders via WhatsApp/calls
- Build strong relationships with astrologers for repeat business
- Maintain pipeline (New → Query → Order → Repeat)
- Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets
- What We’re Looking For2+ years of sales experience (inside sales / B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable with calling + WhatsApp-based selling
- High ownership mindset (not just “doing a job”)
- Hustler attitude — target-driven and growth-focused
