At Humara Pandit, we are building India’s first Remedy Infrastructure Platform — solving trust and standardization in astrology-led remedies.

We work closely with 2,500+ astrologers, helping them deliver verified gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual solutions to their clients.

We are scaling fast — and now looking for someone who can own revenue, drive conversions, and build strong astrologer relationships.

Role Overview

This is not a typical sales role.

You will directly work on:

  • Converting high-intent leads (Meta, inbound)
  • Managing astrologer partnerships (B2B)
  • Driving repeat orders and long-term relationships

You’ll be at the center of our revenue engine.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads and convert them into paying astrologers
  • Conduct onboarding calls and explain product/catalog
  • Drive daily follow-ups and close orders via WhatsApp/calls
  • Build strong relationships with astrologers for repeat business
  • Maintain pipeline (New → Query → Order → Repeat)
  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets
  • What We’re Looking For2+ years of sales experience (inside sales / B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Comfortable with calling + WhatsApp-based selling
  • High ownership mindset (not just “doing a job”)
  • Hustler attitude — target-driven and growth-focused
