Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive from the Ed-Tech industry who can handle student counselling while driving enrollments and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Counsel students on courses, learning paths, and career opportunities
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Experience in Ed-Tech sales or student counselling preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to explain course offerings clearly and confidently
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
